Built in 1895, Dalvay by the Sea has a long and colourful history. In contemporary times this mansion has been converted into a 26 guest room inn furnished in period antiques. In recent times this luxurious hotel has been used for the setting of the popular television show "Road to Avonlea" and the light-hearted cinema production of
Lucy Maude Montgomery's "Anne of Green Gables".

Anne Statue

Bottle Houses/Maisons de Bouteilles
This place consists of 3 buildings made completely out of recycled bottles. The various colours of the glass make for an interesting visual experience, especially inside the buildings. The buildings are set in beautiful grounds close to the ocean and with wonderful flower gardens. On certain evenings the grounds are illuminated.This wonderful place was a retirement project for the late Édouard Arsenault.
