Cedar Dunes Provincial Park Cedar Dunes Provincial Park is located in the West Point area south of O'Leary. The park provides supervised beach swimming, children's activities and a staff naturalist that provides guided nature walks. Explore Canada's only functioning lighthouse in an inn. The West Point Lighthouse also houses a museum displaying artifacts and photographs that document the history of Prince Edward Island lighthouses.

P.E.I.'s only national park extends 40 km along the island's north shore from Cavendish to Dalvay, and also includes 6 km along the western tip of the Greenwich Peninsula. Found within Prince Edward Island National Park of Canada are sand dunes, barrier islands and sand pits, beaches, sandstone cliffs, wetlands and forests.
