Under the direction of Chef Andrew Morrison, Dalvay offers the finest and freshest local ingedients. The menu of the Dalvay by the Sea Restaurant changes throughout the season as the changing seasons of the region effect available food sources. Fresh herbs and greens grown in the inn's garden are added to each dish to give them a delicate flavour. Also offering a unique and growing wine list from the cellars. A selection of wines are also offered daily by glass. Reservations are recommended.
